Shipping

Domestic – free delivery within Singapore on all orders with no minimum spend required.

International – free delivery outside of Singapore on all orders above $200. Orders less than or equal to $200 will incur delivery charges based on prevailing rates. Kindly note that your country may require you to pay an import tax or its equivalent.

Returns

Received a broken bottle or faulty spray? Fret not! Simply contact us with your order number and a picture or video of the items within 7 calendar days of receipt to initiate the exchange request.

After reviewing the condition of your items, we will get in touch with you via email. Depending on the outcome of the review, we may require further clarification from you or our delivery partners.

Defective items will be duly exchanged at Coalescent’s expense.
